To put the method into practice, we need a pan suitable for oven cooking. These are pots capable of withstanding very high temperatures, almost always made of ceramic, soapstone, cast iron or stainless steel.
Fill the pan with water, then pour in half a glass of vinegar and the juice of one lemon. The steam from this solution will help clean the oven and neutralize bad odors.
Set the oven to 250 degrees, then place the pan in and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Immediately after, turn off the oven and let it cool. Before it gets completely cold, being careful not to smell it, use a cloth or sponge to remove all residue, which will disappear easily.
