Flu Fighting Tea


 

Here’s your flu-fighting powerhouse tea recipe using fresh ginger, turmeric, pineapple, lime, lemon, and oranges, with all fruit peeled for easy blending:

Blend together:
4-5 pieces of fresh ginger (chopped)
1 tbs spoon turmeric powder
1 lime
1 lemon
4 oranges
