Ingredients:
• 3 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)
• 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix (like Stove Top)
• 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
• ½ cup sour cream
• ½ cup chicken broth
• 2 tbsp melted butter
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Optional: 1 cup frozen mixed veggies or peas

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix chicken, soup, sour cream, broth, and optional veggies. Season lightly with salt & pepper.
Spread mixture evenly into baking dish.
In a separate bowl, prepare stuffing mix with melted butter and hot water per package directions.
Spoon stuffing evenly over chicken mixture.
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
