How to Make Cheesy Taco Sticks Step by Step
Step 1: Cook the Beef
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and diced onion, cooking until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
Stir in garlic, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1–2 more minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Step 2: Assemble the Cheesy Taco Sticks
Roll out your dough on a lightly floured surface and cut it into rectangles.
Spoon a small amount of the beef mixture into the center of each rectangle. Sprinkle generously with shredded cheese.
Roll the dough tightly around the filling and pinch the edges to seal well—this keeps all that cheesy goodness inside.
Step 3: Bake
Place the taco sticks seam-side down on a lined baking sheet. Brush lightly with melted butter or olive oil.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Step 4: Serve
Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
